AMELIA HOUSE SERVICES

Community Care Services that empower and respond to Jesus' call to act justly and with compassion and the development of services to frail, aged, socially isolated and younger persons with disabilities, which encourage and value the contribution and participation of each person.

OUR SERVICES

Day Respite

7 days per week from Coorparoo
5 days per week from Belmont
5 days per week from Annerley

Community Linking Program

4 days per week Southside Community Connections program - recreational, educational activities for persons over 25 with a disability
Caravan Park Project - assisted community access for socially isolated people living in caravan parks in our area
Small social support groups e.g. Spanish, Bosnian, Men, Carers and Veterans
Regular 3-Day Holidays for consumers and/or carers

In - home Respite
Provided on need and emergency basis

Emergency Respite
Provided through all services of Amelia House Services

Overnight Respite
Provided on fortnightly basis for clients attending the Amelia House Services

Ancilliary Services
Podiatry, Hairdressing, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology provided on regular basis

Shopping
Shopping assistance provided

Meals
Delivered meals are provided in accordance with the care plan and needs of the individual client

Visiting / Appointment Assistance
Provided

CACPS
Community Aged Care Packages

VHC
Accredited Service Provider for Veterans Home Care
